We are excited to announce our 2nd cohort of the Blueprint Social Development Institute for motivated students like you!
The Blueprint Social Development Institute educates and empowers adolescents to become greater professionals, responsible citizens, and innovative leaders of their generation as they are building the blueprint for their futures.
This comprehensive program focuses on four key pillars: Professional Development, Financial Literacy, Crisis Mediation, and Trade Skills. With an added bonus of educational field trips, this program offers a well-rounded and enriching experience.

Professional Development: Enhance your communication, time management, and teamwork skills through engaging workshops and interactive activities. Gain the confidence needed to excel in your future career pursuits.
Financial Literacy: Learn the art of budgeting, saving, and making wise financial decisions. Gain insights into personal finance, banking services, and smart spending habits that will set you on a path to financial success.
Crisis Mediation: Develop essential conflict resolution and mediation skills to effectively manage and navigate challenging situations. Build your resilience and foster positive relationships.
Trade Skills: Explore a variety of certificate trades, such as Serv-Safe, Health Related Technologies, Act 235, and acquire valuable hands-on skills. Discover your passion and potential career paths.

Program Details:
• Duration: 6 weeks, starting on July 8, 2024 - August 14, 2024
• Schedule: Classes will be held on Mondays to Wednesdays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The ECO Center 5411 Market Street Philadelphia, PA 19139
• Compensation: Students will be paid bi-weekly at a competitive rate. A daily travel allowance will also be provided.
Daily snacks will also be available to students.
